Meet Frankie Bershadsky

Born and raised in Los Angeles California, Frankie studied environmental science at the University of California, Santa Barbara. After recovering from a major shoulder injury, she experienced how much massage can be used as a therapy to aid in recovery. She was then inspired to go back to school for massage at National Holistic Institute in Los Angeles.

In addition to her massage education, she completed an intensive advanced neuromuscular therapy program and has additional training in lymphatics and oncology massage. This education gave her the training and experience to work in tandem with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and Orthopedists to help execute wellness plans for patients. Frankie specializes in pain relief using trained modalities such as trigger point therapy, soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilizations, and deep tissue techniques. Her knowledge of pathologies and compensation patterns allows her to focus on breaking down crucial knots and stretch affected areas to restore mobility while providing lasting relief.

Frankie moved to Baltimore in the fall of 2018 and has hopes of one day owning an old farm house with lots of animals. She is determined to get to know the mountains of the east coast, loves to spend time by the ocean, snowboarding in the winter and has been practicing hot yoga for over a decade.
